Shipping Address Correction Policy
We will charge a $10 Address Correction fee to any order that UPS charges us as an incorrect, mis-typed, or incomplete address, i.e., shipping
to an apartment/suite and not providing an apartment/suite number. This fee will be charged to the payment source of the order.
International Orders
We can ship internationally, however, we can only accept verified
funds, i.e., Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Please contact us
either by email or telephone if you live outside of the US and want to place an
order.
International Duties, Taxies, and Fees
International customers are responsible for all custom charges,
including taxes, duties, brokerage fees or handling charges. Your local Post
Office and/or government should be able to help with these charges.
Signature Required on Packages of $100 or more
A signature is required when the package is delivered (on all packages of greater than $100 in value), to ensure security and to prevent theft.
Alternate Shipping Address Policy
You may ship to an address other than your billing address, only if you have the shipping address listed as a "verified" alternate shipping address with your credit card company. You may experience delays otherwise. On orders over $2000 we ship orders only to the billing address of the credit card.
Price Matching / Price Policy
We do not offer direct price matching, however, we do allow you to submit lower
prices to us for review via our website. If your price match request is
approved, we will honor the price you submitted.
Price Protection Policy
Price changes are central to electronics retail on the web. The more aggressive
the pricing, the more frequent the price changes occur as we actively seek out
new pricing information from the manufacturers. This is especially true with
products such as cameras, lenses, camcorders, and related products such as
memory cards. At this time, we do not have a price protection guarantee and we
do not offer credit for price changes that have occurred after your order has been shipped.
Grey Market/Imported/Refurbished Merchandise
WE DO NOT SELL ANY Grey Market, or Imported items. All our
items come factory sealed with Full USA warranties. We are an Authorized USA Dealer on all the merchandise we sell.
Mail-in Rebates
For your convenience, Photo Craft does its best to advertise any current rebates
on our web site. The prices listed on our web site do not include the rebate
savings. Any use of these rebates is limited to any terms or conditions as
determined by the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding the rebate
terms & conditions, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only
required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders
shipping within Virginia will be charged the applicable sales tax according to
your county.
Item Testing
Like any other
retailers, all items are shipped as we received from the manufacturers. Photo
Craft does not test any item.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive
your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your new
merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All
claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Photo Craft within two (2)
business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives
damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to
inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be
retained until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and
inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO
NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you
want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with
completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw
away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags,
etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.

Money Back Guarantee - Refund
Policy
All items except
otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 15 days from the invoice date for a refund, excluding all shipping charges. Orders shipped with our Free Shipping promotion will be credited minus actual shipping charges. All items must be in original manufacturer condition
(brand new, mint condition). Items and packaging, boxes, manuals, etc must be in new/unopened condition.
Digital cameras must have less than 100 exposures taken in order to be
returnable.
Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within this period. A 10% restocking fee
will apply to all refunds or all returns not qualifing with the above conditions. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the
purchase.
All returns are at Photo Craft's discretion.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee
will be applied to all returns for a refund. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. No returns after 15 days.
Technical
Assistance
For most products, please contact the original manufacturer for assistance.
Photo Craft does not provide tech support.
Security
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through
our secure server and encrypted with 40-bit technology. Once the information is
received through the internet, trusted authorized employees will process your
payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level
of security.
Processing Time
Photo Craft will try to process orders same-day, whenever possible.
Otherwise, you can expect your order to be processed within approximately one business day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with
the payment verification. Photo Craft does not guarantee same day shipping.
Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Back Orders
Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder
of your order will be shipped. Once we receive the backordered item(s), we will
ship them as soon as possible, via UPS Ground. If you'd like a faster shipping method, contact us, and the price of your shipping will adjust accordingly.
Special Orders
We will gladly special order any product for you on a special order basis.
Special Orders must be pre-paid and cannot be cancelled at anytime for any
reason. Photo Craft will issue a refund only if the merchandise has not
shipped from the manufacturer and 30 calendar days have passed.
Order Status
Photo Craft will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via
e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
You may also check your online status page for any updates.
Privacy
Photo Craft Parts respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances
sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained
from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you
will receive from Photo Craft are updates to any recent orders.
Change Orders
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not
already been charged. Please call during business hour to change your order.
Please always have your order number ready. Please
never request a change order via Email as we may not receive it in time.
Cancel Order
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not
already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours to
cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a
credit back to your account minus a 15% restocking fee. Please never
request a cancel order via Email as we may not receive it in time.
Volume Discounts
We do try and offer volume or wholesale discounts. In addition, Photo
Craft tries to offer the best possible price for you, and offers these
great discounts to all of our customers through our web site. Anytime we receive
any specials or promotions, we will immediately post them on our web site for
you, the customer, to take advantage of.
Product Listings and Descriptions
Photo Craft product descriptions are not designed or intended to
replace your personal product knowledge, experience and research.
Photo Craft
strives to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, compatibility
references, information content, pricing, links and any other product
information contained in or referenced on our site. However, occasional human
error may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions,
specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate,
complete, current, or that we are responsible for these errors. In the event
that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical,
informational, technical or any other error, Photo Craft at its sole discretion
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and
immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information. Moreover, all
links on Photo Craft are intended only to provide visitors with assistance
finding additional information and professional opinion.
Photo Craft - Terms and Conditions
By accepting delivery of any
product delivered from Photo Craft ("Photo Craft"), you ("Customer") agree to
be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Photo Craft agree
that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing
the sales transaction between Customer and Photo Craft. Any attempt to alter,
supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will
be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are
null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change
at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these
terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept
delivery of any goods from Photo Craft.
1. Photo Craft SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - Photo
Craft offers our customers a 15-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee
on all purchases (with applicable restocking fee).
However, to take advantage of Photo Craft's
return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with Photo Craft's Product
Return Procedure as below. Any breach of Photo Craft's Return Policy Procedure
will result in the loss of Photo Craft's replacement/return guarantee.
Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will
be rejected.
Product Return Procedure:
- To return a product based upon Photo Craft's
replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the
product (described above). Please contact us by telephone to receive an RMA
number. Photo Craft will not accept returns without prior authorization and a
RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which return
products must be received by Photo Craft. RMA numbers will not be extended or
reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the
shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping
any returned product to Photo Craft. Customer agrees to use only reputable
carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire
value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all
risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all
returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will
include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and
other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the
returned product is missing, Photo Craft's Return Procedure will be breached
and Photo Craft will reject the entire return or may choose to impose
additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing
component.
- Photo Craft will not refund to Customer the
original shipping charges. In addition, Photo Craft will assess a 15%
restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund.
2. WARRANTIES
Photo Craft is a distributor only. Products sold by Photo Craft are not
manufactured by Photo Craft. The products may, however, be covered by each
manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). Photo Craft
assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and
Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and
only as against the manufacturer of the products. Photo Craft MAKES NO
REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE
STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. Photo Craft DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING,
OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
3. YEAR 2000 POLICY
Customer's only recourse for any "Year 2000"
issue is as against the applicable manufacturer under its manufacturer warranty.
Please contact the manufacturer to determine warranty coverage for "Year 2000"
compliance problems. Photo Craft DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO "YEAR 2000" COMPLIANCE OF ANY PRODUCT,
INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE RETURN POLICY OUTLINED ABOVE DOES NOT
APPLY TO "YEAR 2000" COMPLIANCE PROBLEMS.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Photo Craft's MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE
PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Photo Craft SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE
LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR
OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY
LIMIT. Photo Craft SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS
OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Photo Craft IS
APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon Photo Craft until it is
accepted; Photo Craft must receive payment before it will accept an order.
Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make
payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Photo Craft. You
agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay
interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate
allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Shipping Charges: Your total cost for purchase of any product will
include shipping and handling charges shown on the Photo Craft invoice.
Title; Risk of Loss: Photo Craft will arrange for shipment of ordered
product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title
to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the
Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Photo Craft reserves a purchase money
security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due.
Customer agrees to allow Photo Craft to sign appropriate documents on Customer's
behalf to permit Photo Craft to protect its purchase money security interest.
Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided
subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be
bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken.
Photo Craft will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Photo Craft
will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and
associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including
without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local
government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight
embargoes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or related to
these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Photo Craft and
Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard
to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and
performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations
Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Photo Craft and Customer consent
to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of
Virginia, Fairfax County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto,
and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and
venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agree not to bring any legal
action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or
otherwise, against Photo Craft that is more than one year after the date of the
applicable invoice.
Severability: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes
invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity,
illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and
portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision
shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and
enforceable under applicable Virginia law.
Waiver: The failure of either party to require performance by the other
party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first
party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by
either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken
or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless
such waiver is made in writing.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with the Photo
Craft's invoice respecting the products ordered by Customer, are the complete
and exclusive agreement between Photo Craft and Customer, and they supersede all
prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings,
representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between
Photo Craft and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may
not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by
custom or usage.
